Can we stay longer than what is included?

If a team need to arrive or depart outside the tournament dates (July 1st-6th) a maximum two extra nights can be arranged to a cost of €18 per person and extra night. Please observe that no meals are served during the extra nights. All meals has to be arranged by the team and at the team's own expenses.

Can we stay at the same school during our whole stay, even if we need extra nights?

No, unfortunately we only have a few schools open for early arrivals and late departures. The team will be moved to its regular school when the tournament start. If the extra night is after the tournament the team will be moved from its regular school to the specific school for extra nights.

Can we order food at the school outside of the tournament dates?

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with any meals at the school outside of the tournament dates. The school kitchens is only open during the tournament dates. If you need extra nights you will have to provide all meals by yourself. Please note that there is no opportunity to cook at the schools.
