How to cancel a team registration

If you need to cancel your team, please contact the tournament secretary at info@partillecup.com.

Can we get a refund?

The registration fee is non refundable.

In case a player or leader must cancel the accommodation cost is only refundable if the cancellation is made at the lastest June 1st. After June 1st a doctor's notice is required to get the accommodation cost refunded. 

Cancellation policy for hotel bookings

If you have booked hotel accommodation through Partille Cup the cancellation policy for hotel reservations, that you can see on your booking confirmation, applies. In order to cancel your hotel reservation please contact hotel@partillecup.com.
