How do we make a hotel reservation for the team?
The reservation is made through Partille Cup, who sends you a confirmation. When you register your team at our website you will note a preliminary number of persons who will stay at the hotel and which area and hotel you prefer. You can see available hotels here.
In January we will get back to you with a booking confirmation where you can see which hotel your team will stay at. If your preferred choice is not available, we will propose an equivalent alternative to you.
A deposit of 25% is to be received by Partille Cup in advance. Final payment must be received by Partille Cup at the latest May 1st.
The name list has to be filled out at the latest May 15th.
In case you need to cancel your registration or hotel reservation, please contact the tournament secretary at email@example.com.
Cancellation after May 1st will be charged with 25% of the room cost
Cancellation after June 1st will be charged with 100% of the room cost
