How do we make a hotel reservation for the team?

The reservation is made through Partille World Cup, who sends you a confirmation. When you register your team at our website you will note a preliminary number of persons who will stay at the hotel and which area and hotel you prefer. You can see available hotels here.

In January we will get back to you with a booking confirmation where you can see which hotel your team will stay at. If your preferred choice is not available, we will propose an equivalent alternative to you.

Payment procedures

A deposit of 25% is to be received by Partille World Cup within 30 days after confirmed booking. Final payment must be received by Partille World Cup at the latest April 15th.

The name list has to be filled out at the latest May 15th.

Cancellation

In case you need to cancel your registration or hotel reservation, please contact the tournament secretary at hotel@partillecup.com. 

Cancellation after deposit is paid will be non refundable and, this means you will be charged with 25% of the room cost 

Cancellation after April 15th will be charged with 100% of the room cost
